鱼柳

鱼柳是一种鱼肉,人们把沿着鱼脊椎骨切下的鱼肉称为鱼柳。人们切割时刀的方向与鱼脊椎骨平行。在切割鱼肉前,应该先去除鱼身上的鳞片。鱼胃内的食物也要去除。另外鱼柳不含鱼刺[1][2]
