高山榕（学名：Ficus altissima）又名阔叶榕、大青树、高榕、鸡榕，是桑科榕属的高大乔木，雌雄同株。主要分布于印度、中国南部、缅甸、印度支那半岛、泰国、印度尼西亚等地区[3]。
高山榕生长最高可达30米，可以栽培或野生。高山榕是常绿乔木，树干高大，树冠宽大。有气根和板状根，树皮灰而平滑，芽、苞片、托叶长有被毛，喜爱阳光，高温和潮湿气候，生命力强，可抗风及抗空气污染。
高山榕叶子为单叶，叶序互生，叶形椭圆，先钝急尖，厚革质，叶背脉络明显，叶柄长5cm，花果出现在3-10月间，一年内可多次结果，单性，雌雄同株，果实成熟时金黄色，花被4片。
