马克西姆下水道
马克西姆下水道（意大利语：Cloaca Maxima）是古罗马时期罗马的下水道系统。罗马本来就位于湿地地带，马克西姆下水道将罗马的污水排放至台伯河[1]。马克西姆下水道修建于公元前600年时期[2]。马克西姆下水道的建设雇用了伊特鲁里亚人技术者，并半强制罗马的贫民阶级才得以实现。罗马帝国各地的下水道均效仿了马克西姆下水道[3]。
