麦克斯韦 (单位)
麦克斯韦（Maxwell），缩写Mx，厘米-克-秒制的磁通量单位。
此名称用以纪念苏格兰物理学家詹姆斯·克拉克·麦克斯韦。[1]
起源
[编辑]1900年，麦克斯韦在巴黎举办的International Electrical Congress（此非IEC）被建议作为CGS制中磁通量之单位。[2]
1930年，International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC)在挪威首都奥斯陆举行，认可麦克斯韦作为磁通量单位。[2]
定义
[编辑]其中，麦克斯韦(Mx)并不属于国际单位制，而韦伯(Wb)属于国际单位制。[3][4]
