非建制自治市镇
非建制自治市镇（Unorganized Borough）是美国阿拉斯加州非建制性质的二级行政区的总称，即不属于19个已建制的“自治市镇”（Borough）的地区。非建制自治市镇占阿拉斯加将近一半的面积，但人口仅77,000人左右[1]，大约是阿拉斯加人口的十分之一。非建制自治市镇人口最多的城市是伯特利，靠近卡斯科奎姆河的出海口。
