霍治曼县（英语：Hodgeman County，简称HG）是美国堪萨斯州西南部的一个县。面积2,228平方公里。根据美国2000年人口普查，共有人口2,085人。县治杰特莫尔 （Jetmore）。
成立于1867年2月26日，原名Hageman县；1868年改名，1879年县政府成立。县名纪念在美国内战中阵亡的阿摩斯·霍治曼 （Amos Hodgman，县名中的“e”为误拼）上校。[1]
