陆璥（15世纪—16世纪），字笃贞，浙江金华府兰谿县人[1]，明朝政治人物。
陆璥个性宽厚恺悌，遇事坚执，是弘治五年（1492年）浙江乡试举人，授万载知县，任内尽力劝课学徒、抚育孤寡，又整治当地盗贼、消灭为害的富户，当时正值饥荒，上级要求他追收赋税，他立刻拘禁自己，人民都愿意以身相代，他说：“父老不要为此自苦，我宁愿因为这样去任，也不忍心让大家流离。”不久他遭诽谤调任大庾，人民都痛哭遮留他[2]。在大庾期间他为政简静、礼士爱民，有古循良官员风范，官至漳州通判，入祀万载县名宦祠[3][1]。
