陆炳泉
陆炳泉，SBS（Luk Ping-chuen，1946年9月22日—），香港邮政署前署长。
陆炳泉1968年1月加入政府任二级助理邮务监督，1992年7月晋升为邮政署助理署长，1996年1月晋升为邮政署副署长，1998年11月至2003年3月任邮政署署长。
陆炳泉服务政府36年，竭诚为香港市民及政府服务，尤其为香港邮政确立有为进取的机构形象；并在为市民提供快捷妥当的服务方面力求创新等等工作，居功至伟，于2003年获颁授银紫荆星章。
