陈鹏仁（1930年12月2日—），台湾学者、政治人物，原名陈鼎正，出生于台南县山上乡，曾任亚东关系协会东京办事处职员、中国国民党中央委员会党史委员会主任委员、中正文教基金会副董事长、弥坚基金会董事长。
东京大学国际关系学博士，曾任教东吴大学、中国文化大学、东海大学、拓殖大学、北京大学等。专研中日关系史、日本政治、日本社会、日本文学、日本历史文化等问题。
