陈震亨（？—1637年），字百里，绍兴府山阴县人[1]，明朝军事人物。
陈震亨是天启元年（1621年）的武举人[2]，五年（1625年）成武进士。崇祯十年（1637年）流寇聚集在泗陵，他奉诏以都指挥调守当地；七月时按臣梁云构征召他消灭在盱眙的流寇，他愤慨的说：“朝廷重视陵寝，没有盱眙就没有陵寝。为臣此时会拼命保护！”陈震亨部下浙兵只有五百人，但能杀死不少敌军，歼灭对方头目；因此对方愤而合围追击，他的军队欠缺外援，杀死数十人后被擒，大骂对方而死，尸体僵直、怒目而视。朝廷得知后追赠昭勇将军，在其死去位置建祠祭祀，荫袭一子，到乾隆四十一年（1776年）追谥烈愍[1][3]。
