能源配给
能源配给（电力领域则是限电）是指当局出台的强制节约能源的措施。由于能源配给会影响经济，所以一国政府一般情况下不会出台能源配给政策，该政策一般是其他政策无效的情况下政府推出的最后手段，而且政府通常是在紧急情况下才会实施该政策，例如能源危机爆发；抑或是发电量无法满足用电高峰；或是基础设施受损后，发电厂的电力供应有限，当局就会出台能源配给政策。这样做的目的是避免出现停电状况，因为停电造成的影响比限电还要大[1]。
