陈淑芬（Florence Chan，1955年3月22日—）^[2]，女，香港音乐经理人，前华星娱乐艺人部经理，天星娱乐董事。曾经担任张学友、张国荣、梅艳芳、张智霖和陈松伶等艺人之经理人。

与张学友的音乐剧和演唱会

陈淑芬在1995年成功为张学友举办了世界巡回演唱会，多达整整100场，平均每三天多就要开一场。1997年，陈淑芬帮助张学友创办音乐剧《雪狼湖》并获得成功，2004年成功上演《雪狼湖》国语版。

与张国荣

陈淑芬还是张国荣的好友，1981年在李香琴生日饭局认识，当年华星刚好创立唱片部，陈淑芬希望签张国荣为其下歌星，其后陈淑芬助张国荣重新回到乐坛走红后，成为了他演艺事业后期唯一的经纪人。
