阿里戈·萨基（1946年4月1日—），意大利前职业足球教练，曾两次带队意甲劲旅米兰（1987-1991年，1996-1997年），取得了巨大成功。他在1987-88赛季的首秀中赢得了意甲冠军，然后在1989年和1990年连续赢得欧洲杯冠军。从1991年到1996年，他担任意大利国家队的主教练，并带队杀入1994年世界杯决赛，最终在点球大战中惜败巴西，得到亚军。

1985年正式成为教练，首家球会为帕尔马，当时只属丙组。其后于1987年转投AC米兰，首季就成功赢得意甲联赛冠军。当时他一手收购了古利特、里杰卡尔德、范巴斯滕等名将，并提拔了如马尔蒂尼等后卫。1989年、1990年连续两届赢得欧洲冠军杯。

1991年开始执教意大利国家队，曾带领国家队打入1994年世界杯决赛，仅于点球大战中不敌当届冠军巴西。到1996年卸任，随即重返AC米兰，但因战绩欠佳而下课，仅执教了一年。

此后萨基把重心放在西甲，如曾于1998年-99年间任体育马德里主教练；2004年又任皇家马德里足球总监一年。
