阿拉曼斯县（英语：Alamance County）是美国北卡罗莱纳州中北部的一个县。面积1,126平方公里。根据美国2000年人口普查，共有人口130,800人。县治葛兰姆（Graham）。
成立于1849年1月29日。县名纪念殖民地总督威廉·特赖恩镇压北卡罗来纳改革者协会的阿拉曼斯战役 （其名源于大阿拉曼斯河，在土著语言意的意思为“蓝色粘土”）。[1]
