阮苏少湄（Betty Yuen，（1958年—）），现任香港总商会主席以及香港中华电力有限公司副主席。阮苏少湄在加拿大多伦多大学取得商科学士学位，取得了特许会计师的资格。回流后曾效力罗兵咸永道会计师事务所及埃克森美孚。她于1999年加入中电，出任财务及策划董事，2002年4月成为首位华人及女性担任中电常务董事，2009年被诊断出患上早期乳癌并暂停职务，2010年休养复出后转任中电副主席。
