锡达拉皮兹 （Cedar Rapids, Iowa，简称CR）是美国爱阿华州东部林县的一个城市。面积166.8平方公里，2006年人口 124,417人，[5]是该州第二大城市。
建于1849年，城名得名于流经当地的锡达河。当地有“五季之城”（City of Five Seasons）的美称，即四季以外加上“享受生活的时光”。[6]
