里峇峇利（英语：River Valley）是新加坡中部的一个高尚住宅区，位于乌节林荫道以南，新加坡河以北，自1830年代起已经是不少欧洲及中国商人所喜爱的区域，当中较为知名的居民包括富商陈金声的孙儿陈若锦。其大宅Panglima Prang于1982年拆卸之前，曾是新加坡留存最久的住屋，现址为永安苑（Yong An Park）。区内知名的餐厅文东记，以海南鸡饭闻名。水廊头凤山寺、新加坡佛教居士林、南洋圣教总会、新加坡南安会馆、新加坡潮州西河公会与潮阳会馆都坐落在里峇峇利区域。
