酉阳专区，1950年设立，属川东行署区。专署驻酉阳县。领导原属涪陵专区的酉阳县(驻锺多镇)、秀山县(驻中和镇)、黔江县。1952年8月，酉阳专区改属四川省。12月，撤销酉阳专区，并入涪陵专区。
