郑澣[1]（776年—839年），本名郑涵，因避唐文宗讳，故改之，荥阳人，唐代政治人物。
生平
宰相郑馀庆之子。平时以俭素自居，贞元十年进士（794年），长庆年间累迁中书舍人。文宗时拜刑部尚书。充官山南西道节度使。大和四年（830年）朝廷用为户部尚书，不及就任而卒。赠尚书右仆射。谥曰宣[2]。

文宗登极，擢为翰林侍讲学士。上命撰《经史要录》二十卷。书成，上喜其精博，因摘所上书语类。上亲自发问，瀚应对无滞，锡以金紫。太和二年，迁礼部侍郎。典贡举二年，选拔造秀，时号得人。转兵部侍郎，改吏部，出为河南尹，皆著能名。入为左丞，旋拜刑部尚书，兼判左丞事。出为山南西道节度观察使，检校户部尚书、兴元尹、兼御史大夫。余庆之镇兴元，创立儒宫，开设学馆，至瀚之来，复继前美。开成四年闰正月，以户部尚书征。诏下之日，卒于兴元，年六十四，赠右仆射，谥曰宣。有文集、制诰共三十卷，行于世。浣四子：允谟、茂谌、处诲、从谠。
