邹晶梅（英语：Jingmai Kathleen O'Connor，1983年8月26日—）是一名华裔美国古生物学家，在菲尔德博物馆担任馆长[2][3][1]。
早年生活和教育
邹晶梅来自加州帕萨迪纳[3]，母亲是一名地质学家[4]。邹晶梅说虽然她小时候不喜欢恐龙，但在母亲的地质野外工作中，她开始对这门学科产生兴趣[4]。她解释说：“我喜欢和她一起去野外，收集岩石、矿物和化石，在实验室里玩耍。”[5]
邹晶梅毕业于西方学院地质学专业，师从唐纳德·普罗瑟罗[2]。学生时代，她曾在洛杉矶县自然历史博物馆古生物部担任志愿者，与王晓鸣一起工作[2]。2009年，她于南加州大学获得博士学位，师从路易斯·M·恰佩和大卫·博特杰（David Bottjer）研究古代鸟类[2]。
职业生涯
获得博士学位后，邹晶梅来到北京，在中国科学院古脊椎动物与古人类研究所担任博士后研究员[2]。在与周忠和的合作中，她晋升为正教授，同时继续她的古鸟研究[2]。邹晶梅有一半的中国血统，她说自己“非常非常自豪，对中国文化非常着迷”，并认为到中国从事古生物学研究非常有意义[4]。
2011年，邹晶梅以格雷格·格拉芬的名字命名了一种白垩纪鸟类祁连鸟属，即格拉芬祁连鸟（Qiliania graffini）[3]。格拉芬是庞克乐团邪教合唱团的主唱，也是演化生物学教授[6]。
在研究所工作期间，邹晶梅所在的团队发现保存在缅甸琥珀中的非同寻常的反鸟类遗骸。这些沉积物可追溯到9,900万年前，是中生代恐龙遗骸中保存最完好的。研究团队发现了长满羽毛的翅膀、脚，甚至整只幼鸟[7][8][9]。作为第一作者，邹晶梅与研究小组一起发表的研究结果表明，反鸟类拥有完全现代的羽毛，并澄清了几个物种的羽毛排列和肌肉组织[7][10]。
2019年，邹晶梅被古生物学会授予查尔斯·舒彻特奖。该奖项每年颁发给40岁以下、在古生物学领域做出卓越贡献的人士[11]。
2020年，邹晶梅回到美国，成为芝加哥菲尔德博物馆爬虫类化石副馆长[2]。她继续发表论文，并 2021年与人合作撰写了一篇关于在渤海鸟胃中发现石英晶体的论文[5]。她也在菲尔德博物馆的收藏中进行研究，研究霸王龙苏下颚上的神秘孔洞[12]。她还协助博物馆获得已知的第十三件始祖鸟标本（2024年公布），并将对其进行进一步研究[13][14]。
