Dal Bhat

达八[1]（尼泊尔语：दालभात dālbhāt，英语：Dal Bhat），是尼泊尔的一种传统食品。它包含豆汤（dāl）、米饭（bhāt）、咖喱马铃薯、炒挂菜等饭菜，类似套餐。人们多用手直接抓食。它是大多数尼泊尔人的主食之一，被誉为尼泊尔的国民美食。
