游唱诗人

游唱诗人(英语:troubadour)是中世纪欧洲的歌曲作曲者和表演者。游唱诗人擅长于演唱情歌,亦积极介入当代社会、政治宗教种种问题。他们周游往来欧洲列国宫廷之间,相互交换消息和交流新曲调和诗句。在游唱诗人的诗作的讽刺诗体,其中不乏揭发统治者的不公、社会劣行、当时政府的腐败、教会教廷的丑闻等。

词源

“游唱诗人”(troubadour)的字源具有争议性,通常有两种观点。罗马派认为来源于奥克语(Occitan)语的 trobar(作曲、发明、创作之意),或者通俗拉丁语中的 tropare(比喻来说)一词;阿拉伯派则认为其来源于阿拉伯语中的 taraba一词,意为歌唱。
