迪特里希·埃卡特（德语：Dietrich Eckart，德语：[ˈɛkaʁt]，1868年3月23日—1923年12月26日），是德国民族诗人、剧作家、记者和社会活动家，他是纳粹党的前身德国工人党的创始人之一。埃卡特在纳粹早期运动中对阿道夫·希特勒产生了重要影响[1][2]，他是纳粹党报《人民观察家报》的初代出版商，也是第一支党歌“风暴之歌”的作词者。他于1923年因参加啤酒馆政变而被捕，同年12月26日，他从兰茨贝格监狱获释后不久死于心脏病发作。埃卡特在1933年纳粹党掌权后被提升为主要思想家的地位，他被希特勒承认为纳粹主义精神的共同创始人，并被称作“早期纳粹主义运动的指路明灯”[3]。
