迦南（天主教译为客纳罕）（英语：Canaan，希伯来语：כְּנַעַן，腓尼基语：𐤊𐤍𐤏𐤍，希腊语：Χαναάν，阿拉伯语：کنعان）原意为“低”，指地中海东岸的沿海低地，是一个古代地区名称，大致相当于今日以色列、西岸和加沙，加上临近的黎巴嫩和叙利亚的临海部分。
圣经
[编辑]圣经记载含的幼子迦南因含的行为而遭到挪亚诅咒之事。圣经称迦南的长子名为西顿，其他的后代还有赫、耶布斯、亚摩利、革迦撒、希未、亚基、西尼、亚瓦底、洗玛利、哈马等，这实际上是古代以色列人对迦南地区各宗族和邦国的概述。
圣经描述迦南的境界是从西顿向基拉耳的路上，直到迦萨，又向所多玛、蛾摩拉、押玛、洗扁的路上，直到拉沙。
