运动和生态左翼联盟（希腊语：Συνασπισμός της Αριστεράς των Κινημάτων και της Οικολογίας，罗马化：Synaspismós tīs Aristerás tōn Kinīmátōn kai tīs Oikologías），简称联盟（Συνασπισμός, Synaspismós，缩写为ΣΥΝ)，2004年以前称为左翼和进步联盟 （Συνασπισμός της Αριστεράς και της Προόδου），是希腊的一个已不存在的政党。现任主席为阿列克西斯·齐普拉斯 （Αλέξης Τσίπρας）。
左翼和进步联盟成立于1989年，原为以亲苏联的希腊共产党为主的政党联盟。1991年6月，希共退出左翼和进步联盟，左翼和进步联盟改组成单一政党。2004年，以该党为首的政党联盟激进左翼联盟成立。2012年5月22日，激进左翼联盟改组为政党。2013年7月10日，该党解散，其组织彻底融入激进左翼联盟。
