迈克尔·奇米诺（英语：Michael Cimino，/tʃɪˈmiːnoʊ/ chi-MEE-noh；[1]1939年2月3日—2016年7月2日）是一位美国电影导演、编剧和制片人。凭借1978年越战题材的电影《猎鹿人》赢得奥斯卡最佳影片和最佳导演奖，以及美国导演工会奖最佳电影导演、第36届金球奖最佳导演和洛杉矶影评人协会最佳导演奖。
生平
1956年，进入密歇根州大学，主修图像艺术，到1959年毕业时，赢得了一次广告比赛大奖。之后进入美军服役；再之后投身广播业，为电视台广告片监制。
电影生涯
1971年搬往加州，正式投身电影业，负责编撰剧本。而首部任导演之影片，则为1974年之《冲天炮与飞毛腿》，由克林·伊斯威特主演。当年此片上映时预算仅四百万美元，票房收入却达二千五百万美元，并斩获第47届奥斯卡金像奖最主佳男配角提名。
1978年找来罗伯特·德尼罗主演越战题材电影《猎鹿人》，除斩获四千九百万美元票房，并于奥斯卡赢得五个大奖，包括最佳导演。
然而此后奇米诺导演生涯却出现倒退：1980年执导《天堂之门》，以四千四百万美元预算，四度超支，却仅收三百五十万美元票房，直接导致相属电影公司破产。该年奇米诺获得金酸莓奖最差导演。
奇米诺要到1985年才再有机会执导，然而其作品《龙年》，票房即使达一千八百万美元，仍令投资方赔本。1996年执导《The Sunchaser》，一上画后因反应惨淡，最后还只能改于电影频道播放，而此片，亦是奇米诺最后一部导演作品。
