轴向磁场电机也叫“圆盘电机”,即主磁场与沿转轴方向的电机。轴向磁场电机与普通电机不同,其磁通方向为轴向,载流导体系径向放置,定子和转子铁心为盘式结构。轴向磁场电机的缺点是定子和转子间的磁拉力很大,但采用“夹层”结构,即在两个定子之间设一个转子或两个转子之间设一个定子即可克服.研究表明,轴向磁场电机具有较大的功率/重量比,结构扁平,在特定场合下,具有明显的优点.2荡本结构 理论上每一种径向磁场电机都有一对应的轴向磁场电机,而后者的磁路和气隙值更易改变,通常它可有以下几种结构方式:

  1. 一个定子和一个转子(单面气隙),
  2. 两个转子,中间一个定子(双面气隙).
  3. 两个定子,中间一个转子(双面气隙).
  4. 多个定子和多个转子互相穿插(多面气隙).
