超低频(SLF)

超低频(英语:Super Low Frequency,SLF)是由国际电信联盟定义的频率介于30Hz(赫兹)与300Hz间的无线电波波长为10,000公里至1,000公里。一般由变电所配送到居家的交流电频率多在此范围内,即50Hz~60Hz间。[1][2]

应用

无线电通讯的收发上,美国的Saguine系统使用76Hz,俄罗斯的ZEVS系统使用82Hz,都属于超低频,不过也经常被人误以为是极低频(ELF,Extremely Low Frequency)。这两种低频无线电通讯都是用在与水中的潜舰沟通之用。有传言表示德国柏林泰波霍夫机场(Tempelhof)也将有一个名为“泰迪熊”(teddybear)的超低频发送器,但此传言未获得证实。

超低频的接收器没有发射器那么严格,因为信号强度远高于噪声,因此可以使用小而低效的天线。 无线电业余爱好者利用个人电脑配装声卡,并用声卡来取代超低频需求的无线电接收机,因为如此可使体积更小、成本更低。声卡在信号接收上使用线圈或天线,再透过软件体进行信号解析,软件是用快速傅立叶变换算法转换回可听的声音。[3]
