赫姆（英语：Herm）是海峡群岛中的一个岛屿。属根西行政区管辖。赫姆岛的面积只有2平方公里，是海峡群岛中最小的一个岛屿。岛上有人口60人。赫姆岛上禁止汽车通行。赫姆岛主要的经济收入来源是旅游业。赫姆岛曾于1949年至1969年间发行过自己的邮票。
