莱因哈特·舍尔（德语：Reinhard Scheer，1863年9月30日—1928年11月26日），德意志帝国海军上将。
莱因哈特·舍尔于1879年加入海军成为一名见习军官，其后历任巡洋舰和战列舰指挥官。第一次世界大战爆发后，莱因哈特·舍尔担任公海舰队第二舰队司令，后又担任德意志帝国海军装备最新、战斗力最强的公海舰队第三舰队司令。1916年1月，莱因哈特·舍尔晋升为上将并受任为公海舰队总司令。同年5月31日-6月1日，莱因哈特·舍尔率领公海舰队参与了历史上最大海战之一的日德兰战役。
此战后，莱因哈特·舍尔加入针对协约国的无限制潜艇战。1918年8月，莱因哈特·舍尔出任海战指挥部长兼海军总参谋长，而弗朗茨·冯·希佩尔上将接替其在公海舰队的职务。两人曾计划对英国舰队发起最后攻势，但因厌战的水兵发动威廉港暴动而作罢。舍尔在第一次世界大战结束后退役。
1919年，莱因哈特·舍尔编著的回忆录出版，一年后又译成英语并发行。1925年，莱因哈特·舍尔自传出版。1928年，莱因哈特·舍尔在马克特雷德维茨逝世，后葬于魏玛。
