质证

在法律上，质证又称交叉询问、反诘、反询问、反讯、交互讯问、相互询问、反对讯问、盘问、盘诘，是指诉讼双方对对方传唤的证人进行询问、盘问和质疑。质证的目的是诱使证人说出有利于己方的内容，或让旁听者和法官对证人的说辞和证人本人产生怀疑[1]。
