谢锦川（1944年2月11日—），中华民国（台湾）政治人物，曾代表民主进步党当选为台南县议员，及第三届立法委员。1998年底第四届立法委员选举时以无党籍身份竞选连任，但未当选。
2001年底第五届立法委员选举改代表台湾团结联盟参选，亦未当选。
