言继卿记

言继卿记（日语汉字：言継卿記，假名：ときつぐきょうき，罗马字：Tokitsugukyōki）是日本战国时代的公家山科言继的日记。从大永7年（1527年）至天正4年（1576年）经过50年所写成，而散失部分亦很少。是了解有职故实和日本传统艺能、战国时期的政治情势等历史的贵重史料。

其中亦有山科言继和上泉信纲交流的记录。而且言继亦精通医疗，详细记录了他自身参与了治疗的医疗行为，是日本现存最古老的病历记录。

现在保管在京都大学和东京大学史料编纂所等。
