规划环境地政局（英语：Planning, Environment and Lands Bureau，缩写：PELB）曾经是香港特别行政区政府的决策局，专责香港的城市规划及土地利用、环境保护事务，现已解散。
规划环境地政局前身为布政司署规划环境地政科，于1989年9月1日成立，接管原属卫生福利科之环境保护事务，以及地政工务科之地政工作（后者再改名为工务科），隶属布政司署，首长是规划环境地政司。
1997年7月1日香港主权移交，改名规划环境地政局，首长改称规划环境地政局局长。
2000年1月1日开始，其环境事务职能改由新成立的环境食物局负责，并改称规划地政局（Planning and Lands Bureau）。剩余职能于2002年7月1日由房屋局及规划地政局合并而成的房屋及规划地政局负责。2007年7月1日，房屋及规划地政局分拆为运输及房屋局以及发展局。
