西鲁肉是台湾宜兰的特色餐点之一，其实是就是一种什锦羹

材料

肉丝、虾米[1][2]、蛋酥[1][2]、还有大白菜、香菇、红萝卜、竹笋

作法

以大白菜垫底，上置蛋（油炸蛋），再淋上以肉丝、香菇、红萝卜等材料做成的勾芡就完成。
