西南大区（法语：Sud-Ouest）是布基纳法索十三个大区之一，位于该国西南部。面积16,576平方公里。2006年人口623,056人。首府加瓦。^[1]

本区下辖四省，即布古里巴省、伊奥巴省、努姆比埃尔省和波尼省。
