复合君主国（英语：Composite monarchy，又译复合君主制、复合君主政体），也被称为复合国家（composite state），是指一个君主之下，包涵了许多拥有各自疆域的王国，这些王国各自依当地的法律和政府体制来治理。这种形态的国家，在历史上盛行于15至18世纪的欧洲（早期现代），其中一个例子是西班牙帝国，其范围包括了西班牙王室统治下的各个欧洲国家以及美洲殖民地。此外还有波兰立陶宛联邦的前身波兰立陶宛联合王国（Polish–Lithuanian union）。

文艺复兴时期，如弗朗切斯科·圭恰迪尼等思想家，鼓吹团结，希望小国家联合在一起，形成大的复合君主国，以确保国家的强盛与安全。16世纪开始，受此思潮影响，欧洲开始出现复合国家。
