行动的性少数者人权连带（韩语：행동하는성소수자인권연대）是1997年9月9日创设的韩国LGBT人权团体。1997年大学生同性恋者的组织大学生同性爱者人权联合（대학생동성애자인권연합）创立，1998年8月1日扩大为以同性恋者人权救济为目标的组织，开始同性恋者的人权及常谈活动，并改称同性爱者人权连带（동성애자인권연대），略称同人连（동인련）。2015年更名为行动的性少数者人权连带。
