薇拉·科巴利娅（格鲁吉亚语：ვერა ქობალია，1981年08月24日—），格鲁吉亚政治人物，前格鲁吉亚经济和稳定发展部部长。[1]
生平
科巴利娅出生于格鲁吉亚苏呼米。[1]2004年在加拿大英属哥伦比亚理工学院取得工商管理及资讯科技学士学位。[2][3]科巴利娅在2008年回格鲁吉亚，设立正义联盟非营利组织，致力于保护格鲁吉亚难民的权利。[2][3]2010年被任命为格鲁吉亚经济和稳定发展部部长，也在随后成为格鲁吉亚绿色经济的发起人之一。[2][3]
