葛敦华
葛敦华（1921年9月18日—2010年6月12日），中华民国海军中将，前中华民国国防部常务次长。中华民国总统府国策顾问。

- 1944年在法国北方诺曼底登陆与法国南方龙骑兵行动时，与黄廷鑫于英国搜索者号（HMS Searcher）护卫航空母舰上受训，参与外围护航和反潜任务。[1]
- 永春舰舰长。
- 楚观舰上校舰长。
- 海军南阳舰第三任上校舰长。
- 1968年任联合勤务总司令部(今联合后勤司令部)中将。
- 1975年任三军大学(今国防大学)战争学院中将院长。
- 1978年任国防部中将常务次长。
- 1980年任中华民国总统府战略顾问。
- 2000年任中华民国总统府国策顾问。
- 中华民国国防政策与战略研究学会理事。
