发芽（Germination）是指植物从种子中或真菌从孢子中发出的过程。在园艺上多指的是胚根从种皮突出的状态，但广义来说，发芽可以指任意一个从小的存在或生殖细胞展开扩大的过程。
发芽率(germination percentage)：
