菲祖利（阿塞拜疆语：Füzuli）是阿塞拜疆的城镇，也是菲祖利区的首府，位于该国西南部，距离首都巴库310公里，始建于1827年，海拔高度416米，该镇在纳戈尔诺-卡拉巴赫战争中被亚美尼亚侵领，2010年人口26,765。
