菲律宾储备军官训练团（英语：Reserve Officers' Training Corps (Philippines)）是菲律宾国民服役训练计划（针对菲律宾大学生）的三个组成部分之一。[1]菲律宾储备军官训练团旨在为学生提供军事教育和训练，以使其做好保家卫国的准备。[2]其具体目标包括让大学生做好在紧急情况下在菲律宾武装部队服役的准备，并培训他们成为预备役军人。
菲律宾储备军官训练团的毕业学员在菲律宾武装部队中服役。其通过基于绩效的奖励计划向合格的学员提供奖学金福利，以换取他们在大学毕业后行使在预备役部队服兵役的义务。
菲律宾储备军官训练团学员像其他大学生一样上大学，但也从各大学的储备军官训练团之部门接受基本的军事训练和军官培训。
