菲律宾亚洲航空（英语：Philippines AirAsia；简称菲亚航）是一间位于菲律宾首都马尼拉的低成本航空公司[2]，枢纽机场为尼诺伊·阿基诺国际机场。菲律宾亚洲航空是马来西亚亚洲航空集团的附属公司之一，由菲律宾投资者和亚航合资成立，经营菲律宾国内与国际航线。

沿革

由于菲律宾宪法规定，在菲律宾注册的企业股权不可由外国机构独资拥有，因此马来西亚籍投资者东尼·费南德斯和部分菲律宾商人协商以40:60的方式合资成立菲亚航，该项投资于2010年12月7日通过菲律宾投资局的批准。

2011年8月5日，第一架全新空中客车A320客机，抵达克拉克国际机场。11月8日接收第二架A320客机。

2012年2月7日，菲亚航取得来自菲律宾民航局批准的飞航证书[3]，有权在菲律宾领空进行飞航作业。4月8日，菲亚航与菲律宾最大的巴士公司Victory Liner合作，为克拉克国际机场的旅客提供免费的接驳服务。

2013年3月11日，菲亚航与菲律宾飞龙航空（Zest Air）签署策略结盟协议，向飞龙航空注资1600万美元以及提供自身13%普通股，从而取得85%经营权。根据策略结盟协议，菲亚航收购飞龙航空49%股权，以及Asiawide航空100%股权，而飞龙航空大股东蔡其仁（英语：Alfredo Yao）（Alfredo M. Yao）将认购菲亚航15%股权。该项协议也允许菲律宾亚航利用马尼拉艾奎诺国际机场作为新的枢纽，以实现其未来航线的延展与扩充。同年5月10日，飞龙航空购票服务移转至亚航网站，整并为单一购票平台，代表该项交易正式完成。[4]

由于经营不善，菲亚航开始在2013年年末逐渐停飞自克拉克出发的国内与国际航线[5]，将营运重心迁往马尼拉[6]。之后，飞龙航空更名为亚航飞龙航空（AirAsia Zest），以双品牌营运。2016年1月，亚航飞龙正式并入菲亚航，以“菲律宾亚航”为单一品牌营运。
