莎拉·米歇爾·吉蘭-普林兹（英语：Sarah Michelle Gellar-Prinze，1977年4月14日—），美国女演员。
个人生活
1997年，莎拉于拍摄电影《I know what you did last summer》认识了现在的丈夫，小弗雷迪·普林斯，但他们一直都没有约会，直至2000年。莎拉和费迪于2001年4月订婚，2002年9月1日在墨西哥举行婚礼。2007年，莎拉向男士杂志《Maxim》透露，虽然她跟丈夫已结婚多年，但她仍然没有准备成为母亲。同年提出申请，在自己的姓氏后加上夫姓。2009年9月，莎拉的女儿夏绿蒂（Charlotte Grace Prinze）诞生。2012年9月，儿子洛基（Rocky James Prinze）诞生。
莎拉亦是跆拳道黑带。
