芬尼县（英语：Finney County，简称FI）是美国堪萨斯州西南部的一个县。面积3,374平方公里。根据美国2000年人口普查，共有人口40,523人。县治加登城 （Garden City）。
成立于1863年3月6日，原名Sequoyah；1883年2月21日改名。县名纪念州议员、副州长大卫·W·芬尼 （David W. Finney）。[1]
