舍尔邦月

舍尔邦月（阿拉伯语：شَعْبَان‎，罗马化：Šaʿbān）是伊斯兰历第八个月，该月名字意为“分离月”，上古时阿拉伯人常因寻找水源而在本月分散各地。舍尔邦月是斋月前的最后一个月，所以穆斯林可以据此推断什么时候斋月开始。[1]
