台中市第五期市地重划区（简称五期重划区，官方称五期大墩市地重划）位于台湾台中市南屯区、西屯区及西区内，是台中市政府规划的市地重划区之一[1]。该区重划前大部分为农地，地籍零乱，纵横交错，低矮房舍座落其间，无公共设施及要道。
