胡椒海岸（Pepper Coast）是西非沿岸地域的称呼。位在梅苏拉多角和帕尔马斯角之间，现在利比里亚的领土占胡椒海岸大半。也称作谷物海岸（Grain Coast）。在某些情况下 （如在地图上所示） 这个术语涵盖更广阔的领域，包括塞拉利昂和科特迪瓦。

历史

15世纪，欧洲航海者为寻找辛香料，在此地登陆，发现类似胡椒的乐园籽（Aframomum melegueta），将此地命名为胡椒海岸。
