肉芽肿（英语：granuloma）是在许多疾病炎症发生过程中形成的一种结构。它是由被称为巨噬细胞的免疫细胞聚集而成[1]。当免疫系统识别外来物质但无法消灭时，会尝试将其围堵起来，此时肉芽肿就形成了。类似的外来物质主要是病原体，包括细菌和真菌，也包括其他物质，例如异物、角蛋白及手术缝合线片段等[1][2][3][4]。
